Customer:Product works as advertised and was super easy to set up. First though, let me explain my story. For years, I've gone to bed, happy snuggling my pillow and waiting to fall into a deep slumber to only realize I had my lamp on. Reluctantly, I had to brace this time after time again. I found this plug with decent reviews and knew I had to get it just to see if it could work. Tonight, I lay in my bed with my lamp on. It seemed to almost too good to be true, as if I just watched a Star Wars movie and was trying to use the Force, but I muttered it anyways, "Alexa, turn off the lights." And so it did. I can finally rest easy now. My life is complete.

1.Question: Is there a device that will play ie, music remotely (wireless) from my echoand or amazon alexa?

   Answer: You must have one of the devices such as an echo spot or echo dot to hear your music. I have youed my smart plugs for lamps and heaters. Hope this helps! 

2.Question: Anyone had problems with turning on the outlet with Alexa then the outlet turning back off by itself in a few seconds?

   Answer: We just set ours up and Alexa is having problems with turning it on and off. 

3.Question: I have the plug setup with on and off schedule and am going on a vacation. If my wifi gets turned off will the on and off function still work?

  Answer: Probably not. It may reboot by itself, though, if it's due to a power failiure. Mine has.

4.Question: Will the app work on two separate ssids but all on the same network? Both are on 2.4ghz

   Answer: You’ll have to set the plug up on one network, but after that the app should control it regardless. I can be on WiFi at my job and turn the plug on and off at home.
